Chopped Challenge

The staff at China Middle School enjoyed a fun, though out-of-the-ordinary, experience to kick off the school year! Mr. Moody and Mrs. Studholme welcomed staff with a unique challenge… a Chopped Challenge, Teacher Edition! Staff teams were provided six ingredients and tasked to work together to create a teacher’s lunch in under 15 minutes. Teams were judged on creativity, flavor, and overall presentation of their dishes. Teams were surprised by their guest judge panel, comprised of Mr. Roddy, CMS school custodian; Nurse Baileigh; and CMS alumni, Dylan Saucier! The judges’ standards were high and the competition was fierce! The winning team was made up of Mrs. Karagiannes, Ms. Witham, Mr. Ross, and Miss Pelletier!
