Exciting news from Bangor United Technologies Center (UTC)! Students in the Electric Vehicle Technician Training Afterschool Program completed their new Switch Electric Vehicle after six weeks of hard work. Led by Ben Schaller, a master technician and EV specialist at Darling's Ford, they learned essential skills for working with EVs in a hands-on environment. The program, expanding to a certified course at UTC in 2024/2025, aims to bridge the gap between the growing demand for EV technicians and students' training.
